Charles Jelley has an LLM in Health Law, having graduated from the University of Loyola School of Law, Institute for Health Law in Chicago, Illinois. In April of 1993, he joined the firm of Tremba & Jelley in Westmoreland County. His practice focuses on multiple areas of the law, including children’s issues, school law and legislative analysis. Mr. Jelley has more than ten years of experience working with not-for-profit boards. He is a member of the Bar Association Rules Publications committee, and is an active member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Exceptional Children’s Committee.
